Bûche de Noël Kids' Culinary University
Kid's Culinary U returns with a holiday baking tradition! Bring the kids out to learn how to make a traditional Bûche de Noël or "Yule log" from our Executive Pastry Chef Meagan Tighe. This dessert is served near Christmas around the french speaking world and is made of sponge cake to resemble a miniature actual Yule log. Kids will have a blast learning and then decorating their Yule log with "Mushroom" marshmallows, "Snow" frosting and more!
Kids will also sip house made hot cocoa and decorate while listening to Christmas music. Parents are encouraged to dine in the adjacent dining room and enjoy a child-free lunch!
