Join Missy Rohs of the Arctos School for an empowering day full of medicine-making, cooking, and fun! We'll talk about spring wellness and nourishment strategies, focusing on nutritive herbs for vitality and cleansing. The day will be part hands-on medicine making, part cozy classroom learning, and part sharing food and knowledge together.
Specific plant allies for liver, lymph, and digestion will be covered, including best uses and contraindications for each plant. Together, we'll make a nutritious, mineral-rich meal and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, the class will create plant medicine with easy-to-find ingredients and each student will bring home medicine that they've made, with recipes to use in the future.
Class held in SE Portland. Cost is $90 dollars, including materials and lunch. Sliding scale available.
