Gastronomie 491 Presents The Joy of Cheese/Brooklyn Brewery Sextet
The Brooklyn Brewery has been a leader both in the evolution of New York City's dynamic culinary movement and in the growth of the production and appreciation of micro-brewed beer in America for years. For considerably less time, Gastronomie 491 has been introducing Upper West Siders and other New Yorkers to the pleasures of great, hand crafted cheeses. Please join us at Gastronomie 491 Tuesday February 19 at 7 for a special tasting of six of Brooklyn Brewery's very best beers and six of Gastronomie 491's best cheeses. Brian Duprey of Brewery will discuss the beers; Martin Johnson of Gastronomie 491 and The Joy of Cheese will detail the cheeses. Tickets are $20.
