Box N Brew @ Big Grove Brewery
TITLE Boxing- Iowa City is bringing their boxing expertise to Big Grove Brewery for FREE 30 minute boxing inspired classes. If you've never been to a boxing class this is the perfect way to try it out! We won't be boxing 100 lb bags like you would in their on campus classes, but you'll learn the moves, steps and get a rad workout none the less. We're offering two time slots, one at 9am and one at 9:45am. Each class is 30 minutes long. We want to keep the classes small so everyone can get individualized attention from the instructors! TITLE Boxing will bring boxing gloves and body protectors so you can try out boxing, for real, see information below about Hand Wraps.
You Need:
1. Yoga Mat-- there will be an ab workout!
2. Optional: Hand wraps are required to use boxing gloves, if you want to try them out. Buy them for a reduced price at Big Grove during the class, $5.00!
