"Kaiseki" is one of the styles of Japanese cuisine, a course style Japanese cuisine made of various seasonal ingredients and cooked by variety of cooking methods.
With monthly theme based on Japanese culture, the Kaiseki chef, Hiro Tawara will serve you a beautiful and delicious 7 course dishes including a dessert and sake tasting.
The theme of December event will be Summer Feast.
This time, I will show you the concept of my new Kaiseki restaurant, "wa'z"
