Please join us for a night of delicious food and fabulous whiskey. We will be offering a four course meal each with a whiskey pairing from Buffalo Trace Distillery. Imbibe and Indulge with us while listening to some knowledge about the history of this amazing distillery. There will be music to follow so you can stick around after your meal and make the most out of your night!
Whiskey Dinner Menu:
One:
Crab Artichoke Dip spread on slices of a hearty sourdough bread from San Francisco Street Bakery served with a charred lemon.
Paired with a Sazerac Rye Whiskey Sour
Two:
Red and Green Leaf Lettuce, Arugula, Toasted Hazelnuts, Gorgonzola, Juniper and Blackberry Vinaigrette.
Paired with a shot of Weller 107
Three:
Your Choice of Prime Rib or King Salmon served with a parsnip puree, tri-color baby potatoes, and roasted brussels sprouts with pork belly.
Paired with a Blantons Old Fashioned
Four:
Your Choice of Apple Crisp or Molten Chocolate Lava Cake served with a sidecar of spiced heavy cream.
Paired with a Buffalo Trace Hazelnut Coffee
