The key for success in all these cases has been clearly identifying the core problem, then establishing the framework for resolution, followed by a rigorous analysis in support of the proposed solution. The second part of this presentation will be about Mass Timber also called Cross Laminated Timber.Although made of combustible wood materials the products resist fire up to 3 hours and can outperform fire rated steel and concrete structures under direct fire conditions.
