Max presents "ConnectLab - A Connection-Focused Unconference Produced by Eri Kardos and Max Cameron"
Whether you define connection through dance, erotic touch, tantra, kink, conversation or other human interaction, ConnectLab is for you. Join Max and international communication coach Eri Kardos for an extraordinary exploration of connection.
This loosely structured conference emphasizes the informal exchange of information and ideas between people of all backgrounds: kinksters, polyamorous folks, dancers, bodyworkers, improv comedians, and people who simply love connecting with the world around them!
With an agenda filled with topics identified by its diverse attendees, the possibilities are as rich as the imaginations of the attendees.
In an unconference, the topics are determined by the attendees on the day of the unconference, based on their experience and interests. Possible topics at this unconference might include:
* Building community
* Partner dancing: how 3 minutes on a dance floor can create magic
* Scene negotiation from the bottoms perspective
* Using kink to build intimacy
* Hypnosis as a tool for connection
* Using Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent to make your interactions more intentional
* Breathe play
* Acroyoga as a connection between cultures
Want to study a topic in order to teach it? Looking to lead the way in your connection-positive community culture? Interested in leading discussion groups with friends and peers? Need an opportunity to try out a new workshop? Not a big talker, but simply want to listen to the discussions and soak it all up? This unconference is for you.
You may have attended Max and Eris popular KinkLab unconferences in February 2016, July 2015, or March 2015. Weve gotten regular requests for an encore, and are finally able to make that happen.
Past unconferences have included diverse communities of attendees - from professional educators to relative newcomers, all chasing the same goals of communication, community, and education. The conversations were enlightening and enthusiastic, and many of the engaging topics at the unconferences were realized in the following weeks and months as successful local workshops, budding business ventures and deeper, more meaningful relationships. The positive energy generated on the day of the event lasts long after the closing circle.

* What is the Schedule for this Event?

Doors open at 12:30 pm, allowing time to check-in, get a cup of coffee, and mingle with the other attendees.
At 1:00 pm well gather for the Opening Circle where Eri will explain the concept of Open Space Technologies / unconferences and how the day will work. There will be 5 areas for sessions and 4 time blocks, allowing for 20 unique sessions during the day.
From 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm we'll hold our unconference sessions.
At 6:00 we'll do our Closing Circle. This wraps up our time together and is a crucial part of the experience.
The event ends at 6:45 pm.
At 7:30 pm well have a no-host optional dinner at a nearby restaurant to mingle, debrief, and continue the connections you made at the event.
This workshop assumes no previous BDSM experience and is appropriate for all genders, all orientations, and for both tops and bottoms.

Eri Kardos is an international communications and connection coach, speaker, and sex-positive educator.
She specializes in empowering people to choose their own adventure in relationships, career, and life.

Max has been active in Seattle's kink community since 1992 and has been teaching bondage, BDSM, and polyamory workshops since 1999.
While he is proficient with a wide range of BDSM skills, Max especially enjoys the intimacy of rope bondage and the intensity of the singletail. Max projects a gentle, dominant energy, and all of his relationships - and most of his scenes - include a substantial d/s component.
Max's love of teaching shines through his workshops, and his love for people informs his personal encounters.
