On the release day (December 3rd), PRESALE PICK-UP WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE AT OUR BALMORAL TAPROOM.

After the release day, PRESALE PICK-UP WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE AT OUR LINCOLN RETAIL LOCATION & during normal business hours (Tuesday - Sunday). Please note, our retail shop is closed on Mondays so there will be no pick ups on December 4th.
PICK UP WINDOW:
The pick-up window is from Sunday, December 3rd to Sunday, December 10th.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THE PICK-UP WINDOW FOR BIG HUGS IS 7 DAYS ONLY. If you do not pick up your Pre-sale, the bottles will be consumed by the beasts of Half Acre. NO EXCEPTIONS.

BOTTLE PURCHASE DETAILS:
On Friday, 12/1/17, at 12pm you may purchase a full allotment of The 2017 Big Hugs Imperial Coffee Stout Spread. Beginning Sunday, 12/3/17 at 11am, you will be able to pick up your allotment from our taproom on 2050 W Balmoral Ave. Chicago, IL 60625. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR PRESALE AT OUR LINCOLN LOCATION ON THE RELEASE DAY - ONLY AT BALMORAL. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to either the bottle limit, or the pick-up window and PROXIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. **Any bottles not retrieved by Sunday, 12/10/2017 will be surrendered back to the brewery (NO exceptions).** Please read the additional details below for further information on proxies and bottle pickup names.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
In order to pick-up your bottles, you will need to show your valid photo ID; it must be your ID and the name MUST match the name on the credit card of the ticket buyer (i.e. only you can pick up your bottles; no proxies). Limit 1 allotment per purchaser. Any sales that attempt to work around the bottle limit will be voided. If you do not pick up your bottles within the window, the bottles will be forfeited and consumed by Half Acre.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.
SHIPPING:
We will not ship the bottles.
