4-H Challenge Course Facilitator Training, Weekday Option
Join the Adventure Education Community: become a low-ropes and portable, challenge-course facilitator. This 4-day, intensive (yet enjoyable) training will allow you to experience low-ropes challenge elements, understand theory, and gain practice for facilitating portable challenge activities.
The 4-H Challenge experience helps youth develop social and emotional life skills such as leadership, team building, communication, and healthy choices. Challenge activities will help you build a successful learning community in your classroom, after-school program, 4-H program, or other community setting.
The training instructor is Matt Duchow, a certified 4-H Challenge Training with over two decades of challenge experience.
SPACE IS LIMITED TO 15 PEOPLE Total cost is $150 -- this includes materials, daily lunch, and instruction fee. After course completion, new facilitators may receive a discount on the future use of the Gibbs Lake Low-Ropes Challenge Course.
