Sopas Sunday at Cafe Lucia
Portuguese Chefs, Manuel Azevedo (LaSalette Restaurant, Cafe Lucia, Tasca Tasca) and Antelmo Faria (Uma Casa) are teaming up to raise money for those affected by Northern California Wildfires. The chefs are offering Sopas, the traditional beef stew that was served by Queen Isabel to her people during their time of need. In addition to the Sopas, the meal will also feature some traditional snacks to start as well as a classic dessert. There will also be a raffle with prizes donated by local businesses. All proceeds from this event and raffle will be donated to the Redwood Empire Food Bank.
