The OAC is proud to welcome Drew Bordeaux to the OAC Steamer Firehouse Gallery Friday, December 8th. Drew is a Singer/Songwriter and Producer based in Westchester, NY. A member of the Hudson Valley music scene, Drew plays compelling solo acoustic shows as well as full electric with his band The Cavalry.
His solo sets are rooted in percussive acoustic guitar and earthy/soulful vocals, laced with live loops and violin solos. Drew meshes together core influences from blues to popular radio and the resulting sound harkens to the lineage of Bill Withers and Richie Havens, with the energy and spirit of 80s New Wave like The Police and Talking Heads, and the contemporary sonic stamp of Ed Sheeran, Ben Harper and David Gray.
