One year ago Polly's Paladar had a Grand Opening introducing a new way (or reintroducing the old way) of dining. It is hard to believe that an entire year has past. Clearly, Polly's Paladar has become a beloved gathering and a unique way of sharing time together. There is something sweet about it, isn't there? Simple and real. Every month I remember the value of service. I love seeing the same faces attend each time. I love hearing the laughter and music fill the space. Thank you for showing me how to serve my community. It is deeply fulfilling.

The SEVEN DEADLY SINS with Evan Coben
Since the season of Eros is upon us and since we did the whole lovey dovey shmoopy woopy aphrodity theme last year, we figured it was time to stir things up .
All the way from the Big Apple, our chef this month is EVAN COBEN. She has created a feast of lust-wrath-pride-sloth-envy-greed-gluttony for you and yours. I guess you could say that we like to keep it wholesome this time of year. Evan studied at the Pastry Arts Management Program at the Culinary Institute of America, she was a Pastry Intern at Cafe Gray owned by world renowned chef Gray Kuntz, worked as Sous Chef for Chef Will Goldfarb at Room 4 Dessert in NYC, and developed pastry menus for Ed Brown's 81 also in NYC. Also, back again for more, we will have The Blackbird Quartet filling our space with even more naughty than you might be able to handle. Basically, I want shivers running up your spine and laughter to bubble up from a forgotten place this month. It is time for delight. It is time for "Oh my".
