A fun, energetic introduction to moving. Improve your posture, learn to use the torso (curve and spiral), explore leg rotation, shifting weight, direction changes and floor work stemming from Graham and Limón Techniques. Experience increased strength, flexibility and the exhilaration of jumps and leaps along with short phrases of Company Rep to awaken your performance artist.
