Tango Nuevo at Mingei | Camarada

To launch Camarada's new concert series at Mingei International Museum ~ it's Tango Nuevo, the best of Astor Piazzolla.

Mingei International will open it's doors at 5:00 pm for docent tours and a special viewing of MAKE YOUR OWN KIND OF MUSIC - The Art of Musical Instruments. San Diego's Scott Paulson will demonstrate the otherworldly theramin (controlled without any discernible physical contact from the player) and even let you try your hand at the instrument! The concert will be introduced at 6:00 pm by Mingei Director Rob Sidner in the Rotunda of the museum. The performance will last slightly under 2 hours with time for mingling at intermission.
