Brand X Reunion

Note that Phil Collins was the original drummer and they opened huge venues for GENESIS
BRAND X were often heralded as original pioneers in the Jam-Rock scene before there was a Jam-Rock scene. They originally came together by playing as the studio band for BRIAN ENO's "Another Green World" album, together with Phil Collins (Drums), Percy Jones (Bass), Robert Fripp (Guitar), John Goodsall (Guitars), and a host of others. From that Jones & Goodsall formed BRAND X, and soon Phil Collins and Keyboardist Robin Lumleyjoined and began recording. That was way back in the late '70s, but shows were often limited to large festival dates opening for GENESIS and other music giants. Now Goodsall & Jones have reunited and are stronger than ever. This year's "REUNIONTOUR" has been hailed by critics and fans as "Psycho-Sick-Good", and "Simply ridiculous -- off the charts -- Best show I've seen all year!", and a few curse words we can't mention here. A new live double CD has been released "But Wait--There's More!" recorded January of 2017. At some of the recent shows guests coming to see them includedmembers of Dream Theatre, Phish,King Crimson, etc. BRAND X havemasterfulchops blended with catchy melodies, and tons of highly improvisedsegments, which pause briefly between songs for a few jokes from Goodsall as he channels Monty Python and other English wits. Cool show, fun guys,and a good time always had by all.
