Allison Au Quartet
The highly acclaimed Canadian jazz saxophonist Allison Au and her Toronto-based quartet bring their United States tour to San Luis Obispo at the Unity Concert Hall (1130 Orcutt Rd.) on Saturday, November 18 as a SLO County Jazz Federation presentation. The Quartet has received numerous accolades and awards throughout Canada, including the 2016 Juno Award (the "Canadian Grammy") for Best Jazz Group Album of the Year.
The concert starts at 7:30 pm with the doors opening at 7:00. Tickets are $20--general; $15 --Jazz Fed. members; $10students. Advance tickets are available at Boo Boo Records in SLO and brownpapertickets.com.
