Construction Tour of the Newly Completed Broadcom Campus

The program consists of two parts:

PART 1: PRESENTATION - Project scope and program requirements. Attendees will learn about the client, project goals, building design, interior design and site design.

PART 2: SITE TOUR Attendees will walk the site and view design and construction techniques discussed in the presentation.

Learning Objectives

1.Attendees will learn about the current workplace requirements for the Technology sector.

2.Attendees will learn about the challenges developing a 73 acre site and implementing California Green Code and Storm Water Management.

3.Attendees will learn how recent code changes impacted the design and construction.

4.Attendees will learn how digital tools and technology assist the design and construction teams.

Presentation and Tour will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Location and Directions:

Enter the site at the signal light at Alton and Solar. Solar is between East Technology Drive and Barranca Parkway on Alton Parkway. Turn left once entering the site. Attendees should park in the lot directly in front of the building and meet at the lobby.
