Sleep is something our body needs just the right amount of. But why? And to what purpose?
TPRs next Think Science discussion is all about sleep. Join us as a trio of sleep researchers and professionals share the reasons our body needs sleep, what happens to our body when were out for the night, and recommendations for healthy sleep habits. Well also talk about the various factors that can impact our sleep such as stress, disease, drugs/alcohol, and others.
Studies have shown that Americans as a whole are walking around in a largely sleep-deprived state. Join us for Think Science: Sleep and learn more about the reasons were so bleary-eyed and what you can do about it.
