Black and Tan Hall presents in the kitchen with Chef Tarik Abdullah, our cooking classes at Atrium Kitchen in Pike Place Market.
Spiceman Tarik Abdullah, previously of Cicchetti and Serafina; has a cult-like following with his pop-ups. Known for his innovative use of spices and his work in the community, Chef T will take you on a culinary spice tour across the Mediterraenan, North Africa, Asia and the Carribean.

Join us for an afternoon of spice know how while expanding your flavor profile. Learn how to apply a variety of spices to various cooking techniques. Using sauces, marinades and oils with different protein and vegetable recipes.
Enjoy a three hour class where we can discuss and enjoy the beauty of spices by creating dishes that you can taste, and recreate at home!
