PRESENTATION: Lifecycle of a Real Estate Investors Single Family Rehabilitation Project and Case Study This presentation explains the lifecycle of a rehabilitation project on a single family residential house for a real estate investor, going beyond what is seen on the shows on television. It will then lead to a case study for a project recently performed in Northwest Washington State.
PRESENTERS: Lisa and Jonathan Kennedy, PSP Lisa Kennedy purchased her first home at the age of 20, and has been involved in real estate investing in multiple facets since. She has a degree in Finance from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). Jon Kennedy has a day job as a Project Controls Manager with a large industrial contractor. Jon got involved investing in real estate with Lisa in 2013. Jon has a degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech.

COST: The member price for this event is $32.00 if you register before 12:00 Noon on the Monday immediately preceding the meeting; late registration is $37.00. Non-members price is $39.00 before 12:00 Noon on the Monday immediately preceding the meeting, and $45.00 thereafter.
Please note that registration will be closed Monday, November 6th, at 8:00 pm.
A very limited of first come first served meals will be available at the door.
MENU: Grilled Mahi Mahi, Hales Ale Porter Braised Short Rib, or Vegetarian (requires one week advance notice) If you have specific dietary restrictions please contact us at aaceseattle@gmail.com so that we can accommodate you. The AACE Seattle Section will be rotating menu selections this program year; we are interested in obtaining your feedback!

AACE Seattle Section meets the 2nd Thursday of each month from September through May (excluding December). Each meeting with a technical presentation qualifies for .25 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) towards your CCP/CEP/CFCC/DRMP/EVP/PSP recertification requirements.
