Los Angeles Valley College presents DR. FRANKENSTEIN by Selma Dimitrijevic. In this startlingly fresh, lyrical and haunting contemporary adaptation of Mary Shelley's classic, Dr. Frankenstein is reimagined as a woman.  A U.S. premiere.

Evening performances of DR. FRANKENSTEIN are Thursday, November 2 and Friday, November 3 at 7:30. Matinees are at 2pm on Sunday, November 5 and Saturday, November 11. Produced in repertory with DRACULA by Liz Lochhead.

The cast of DR. FRANKENSTEIN includes Valley students Nelly Chermakyan, Harut Simonian, Samantha Healy, Andrea de Anda, Lilya Tatarenko, Cameron Kotecki and Sean Gilliland.

Scenery and lighting are designed by theater chair Jennifer Read, and costumes are by Valley student Jacqueline Colindres.  Production Stage Manager is Valley student Victor Gonzalez; assistant Stage Managers are Valley students Alexandra Han and Enver Messano.
