How to Beat The Blahs...(and other stories).
Inclined Dance Project presents their newest work "How to Beat The Blahs...", an exploration in how we deal with stress, boredom, anxiety, and all the emotions in between. The blahs happen when something is out of balance: in short, when doing too much of one thing and not enough of something else. We all find ourselves in ruts and in funks, so how do we indulge our emotions without sacrificing our productivity?
Performances also include premier works by Inclined company members Amy Campbell and Jillian Pajer.
Friday November 10th & Saturday November 11th 8pm The Martha Graham Studio Theater 55 Bethune St NY, NY 10014
