Cooking Class - Fall Sausage Stuffing
Join us on Tuesday, October 24th for a Fall Sausage Stuffing Class with Master Butchers Nathan Gifford & Andy Fields of Prime South Meats! This Culinary Excursion will also partner with Tennessee Brew Works to perfectly pair the flavors of Fall sausages and craft beers. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn hands-on how to produce an array of sausages including Fresh Chorizo, Kielbasa utilizing Gifford's delicious bacon, and a Duck & Herb specialty sausage featuring TN Brew Works Beer.
This class will be held in the Cumberland Cottage Culinary Education Center at Green Door Gourmet and will run from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Cost is $55 and includes all materials, beer and a recipe booklet.
