LeGacy is proud to bring SCROOGE once again to the Nevada Theatre for the holiday season, November 24th to December 24th.
Written by and starring Rodger Hoopman, SCROOGE plays FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS at 7:30pm, TWO THURSDAY NIGHT SHOWS at 7pm, DECEMBER 14th and DECEMBER 21st, and THREE SUNDAY matinees at 2pm, December 3rd, December 17th, and December 24th.
Directed by Sue LeGate Halford, Scrooge brings many well known and new local actors to the stage in this delightful musical drama, and gives Nevada City a family friendly, heartwarming holiday event. Lots and music and dancing, and of course, the wonderful story of redemption of the human spirit, as originally brought to us by Charles Dickens.
Also stars Ward Thompson as Marley, Kris Meadows (Fred and the Ghost of Christmas Present),Dinah Smith, Chris Whitlock, Berta Paradise, Steve Crandall, Luca LaMarca, Bethany Gardner, Elliot Childs, Aurora Casey, Mario LaMarca, Alexis Phillips, Bailey Trent, & Kassady Kelly.
Choreographed by Dinah Smith, with musical direction by Beverly Marks. Costume design by Sharon Sciabica with light design by Les Solomon.
