Cody Beebe & The Crooks honors Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers
CODY BEEBE & THE CROOKS Cody Beebe & The Crooks emerged out of Central WA in 2009 with their Americana Rock sound, eventually touring through 30 States and five European Countries and even landing on the radio charts for a short time. In 2015, they decided to take a break from touring to focus on personal life endeavors. They have since only played once per year at Chinook Fest, a yearly music festival that they created in 2012.
Up until 2015, the Crooks would play a yearly show around the holidays in Yakima for their local friends and family. After their set at Chinook Fest in September, the group was reinvigorated and decided to bring this tradition back; this time, in the form of honoring one of their inspirations, Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers. On this very special evening in December, the full lineup of the Crooks will be playing Petty's greatest hits, along with a few of their own original songs, for a night that will surely be remembered.
ROBBIE WALDEN BAND The intensity of singer/songwriter Robbie Walden is evident in everything he does, including the recording of his latest album "Robbie Walden Band", a collection of originals blending Texas Red Dirt and Spaghetti Western with his native Pacific Northwest Rock and Country sounds. With influences such as Randy Rogers Band, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, and Gary Allen, Walden's Music pleasantly surprises listeners with his distinctive, unexpected vocals and poetic, vintage outlaw songwriting that expresses his inner strength, dedication, witty sense of humor, and personal heartbreak. Hailing from Boise, ID, Walden has performed at Chinook Fest the last two years, as well as performances at Roots & Vines Festival and Downtown Summer Nights, quickly becoming a country favorite in Central WA.
JAYLEIGH ANN & THE LOST BOYS Two young brothers, Isaac (13) and Nico (10), join together with powerhouse vocalist, Jayleigh (13), to form this must-see trio. Born and raised in the Yakima Valley, they have become local favorites and have played over a 100 shows since forming only a little over a year ago. Their drive and determination even afforded them the opportunity to travel to France this summer, showcasing their music on the streets of Paris. One thing is for sure, the future is bright for this young group.
