Ballyhoo Late Night

Ballyhoo Theatre will be presenting two evening Cabarets in November. Come join us for a fun evening of themed music in a casual setting featuring the talents of both alumni and current Ballyhoo students. Two dates are available:

November 3: The Disney Songbook
The Disney Songbook has been a great treasure in homes everywhere over several decades. The music of these films fill our hearts like no other collection of stories can. Our cast explores this beautiful music from Snow White, Cinderella and The Lion King all the way to contemporary films such as Tangled and Frozen, proving the timeless nature of the most heartwarming songs.

November 11: The Music of Pasek and Paul
Benj Pasek and Justin Paul are the Tony/Emmy-nominated songwriting team behind the Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen (Outer Critics Circle Award, Obie Award, Helen Hayes Award, Drama Desk Award), A Christmas Story, The Musical (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle nominations), Dogfight, (Lucille Lortel Award winner, Drama League, Outer Critics Circle, London Evening Standard Awards nominations), James and The Giant Peach, and Edges. Other credits include the TV series Smash, and the movie La La Land starring Emma Stone and Ryan Goslin.

Performances are at 9:00pm and are approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes, including intermission. Tickets are $7.00. On-line sales end one hour prior to show times, and on-site ticket sales will begin at 8:30pm.

The Disney Songbook will be rated G to mild PG. The Music of Pasek and Paul will be rated PG. A parent guide will be available in late October at ballyhootheatre.org.
