Cave Music: Crown Finish Cave Cheese, Graft Cider, and Live Music in the Historic Tunnel at Crown Finish Caves
Once part of the Nassau Brewery, the Tunnels at Crown Finish Caves date back to the 1850s, when they were used for fermenting lagers until the brewery's closure during Prohibition. Located 30 feet below street level, Cave Music is a bi-monthly subterranean concert series located in the intimate setting of one such tunnel.

Come early and check out our Pop-Up Cheese Shop located in the lobby from 5:30 - 7:30, featuring our mixed cow and goat's milk collaboration with Old Chatham Sheepherding Creamery and Graft Cider, available only at the pop-up and while supplies last.
Graft Cider will be tasting and selling cans and 4-packs of their previously unreleased Escape from Orion, plus Where Secrets Lie, Strange Lands, and Hearth and Home.
