Resin Studio- Holiday Gift Making Workshop

Steampunk artist and guest instructor Shelly Jackson hosts a Holiday gift making workhsop!

RESIN BEZEL PENDANT, EARRING & BRACELET: Students create THREE SETS! Shelly guides students in learning basic resin pouring and curing skills. Unwind and unleash your creative side to encase tiny mementos in permanent resin polymers. There is no wrong style, from steampunk to comic books to shabby chic to your own special treasures. You have access to Shelly's full collection of trinkets, papers, beads and more! (No substitutions please- Three sets of Pendant, earrings and bracelets will be completed.

RESIN COASTERS: This a quick, fun introduction to working with resin polymers. The hardest part about this workshop is thinking backwards as you must plan your design carefully, then lay it in the coaster mold from the top down. You will then mix and pour your own resin, adding color and sparkle if you choose. Students make two coasters.

The most important part of these classes is to express your own style and learn the basics of the technique. Give yourself two hours to complete.

Wear tight or short sleeves and, preferably, clothes you might paint in.

NOTE: Finished pieces will be available for pick-up 48 hours after workshop or next business day unless they require touch up.

A full refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before class, half refund 2-7 days before class. No refund within 48 hours of class. If there is a waiting list or you can find someone to fill your spot, we will offer a full refund.
