Neil Patrick Harris at Anderson's Bookshop
Join Anderson's Bookshops for a special event with Neil Patrick Harris and his new book for children, "The Magic Misfits!" This will be a presentation and Q&A event only; there will be no signing or photo line. Your book will be pre-signed.
From award-winning actor, Neil Patrick Harris, comes the magical first book in a new middle grade series with plenty of tricks up its sleeve.
Your ticket includes one copy of the new book and admission for one or two people, depending on the type you choose. You will receive your book when you arrive at the event. They will not be available for pick up before that time.
UPDATE: Every book purchased (including those available at the event) secures you a chance to win a door prize which includes an exclusive VIP meet-and-greet immediately following the event. Neil will choose five lucky readers (+ 1 guest each) who will get to meet him after the event and take a photo.

Betsy, a well loved local book blogger and librarian extraordinaire, is an author, expert on all things kid-lit, and a past member of the Newbery Committee! She will moderate the event and be in conversation with Neil on stage.

Seating is first come, first served. Please carefully note the event start time and plan to arrive before that time. We cannot guarantee the length of time that any author will be with us.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you miss the event, in order to receive your book you will need to contact us within 30 days of the event.

Neil Patrick Harris is an accomplished actor, producer, director, host, author, husband, and a father of magical twins. Harris also served as President of the Academy of Magical Arts from 2011-2014. His memoir, Choose Your Own Autobiography was a New York Times Bestseller. The Magic Misfits is his middle grade debut.
