2nd Annual 100% St Pete Solar Tour
Get ready to be inspired! Join more than 160,000 people in 3,200 communities across the USA by participating in the ASES National Solar Tour.
Join our 2nd annual 100% St Pete Solar Tour, hosted by St Pete Eco Village, Suncoast Sierra Club and the League of Women Voters of St Petersburg to see how neighbors and businesses are using solar energy and energy efficiency to reduce monthly utility bills and to help tackle climate change - and how you can too.
You'll get a glimpse of Sustainable living at its finest! Everything from the Electric charging stations at their homes right down to the solar hot water heaters.
Note: Time estimate is a 3 hour tour (9 AM - 12 PM) but plan for 4 just in case! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for registration at the St Pete Eco Village (and be sure to carpool as parking is limited).
Tour begins at the St Pete Eco Village,enjoy coffee and bagels in the garden at the Eco Village and then join us as we tour St Pete homes and businesses: including LEED certified Planet Fitness, USF SP Parking Solar Array and more!!
The tour concludes at the St Pete Eco Village for a garden lunch (cost is separate) and informal Q&A with homeowners and business owners from the tour.
The St Pete Solar Tour is $10.00 to cover the transportation and The St Pete Solar Tour including lunch is $15.00
