Food blogger for What Jew Wanna Eat, Amy Kritzer, has created 30 innovative Jewish desserts in her cookbook, Sweet Noshings. Inspired by her bubbes traditional recipes, Kritzer incorporates her culinary background, and uses modern ingredients and techniques to put a new spin on her favorite treats.
Recipes such as Apricot Fig Stuffed Challah and Honey Pomegranate Whiskey Cake are just a few examples. Kritzers recipes have been featured in The Huffington Post, The Today Show Food Blog and Bon Appetit.
