Dear Friends,
Please consider joining us Friday, October 20th, 7:30PM in Santa Monica. Well take over Stage + Tables loft, once more, beginning with Manhattans and blinis topped with salmon and creme fraiche. Next is mackerel tartare with shiso leaf, citrus, sesame, and beet chips. Squid stuffed with sausage and black rice in a shellfish broth follows. For our main course, lamb joins sunchokes presented two ways: roasted and as a curried puree. Pickled young dates, pomegranate, and mint complete the dish. And for dessert: sweet potato pie with homemade vanilla bean ice cream. Afterwards, youre encouraged to enjoy craft cocktails by Stage + Tables in house bartender at no extra cost.
Tickets are ninety five dollars with pairings and eighty dollars without.
