Enjoy a night under lights of Paso's beautiful wine country. The Gala will feature a silent auction, dinner presented by Paso Catering Company and a land of sweets Dessert Auction.
The evening will begin with a Champagne welcome and Cocktail Hour hosted by the Nutcracker Family Scene and Cast Members, watch out for those cute little mice and bon bons. Silent Auction tables will be featured throughout the night with a fabulous dinner including Butternut Ravioli w/Fresh Sage Cream Sauce, Tender Beef Medallions w/Zinfandel Reduction, Pan Sear Chicken Breasts w/Saffron & Hazelnuts, Served on a bed of Parsnip Puree and Roasted Honey/Cider Baby Carrots. Themed Corporate VIP table available as well as General Seating. One of Paso Robles top DJ's will keep the party going so get those dancing shoes out - after all this does benefit our dance organization.
Proceeds benefit the North County Dance and Performing Arts Foundation to help bring our community the magical Nutcracker Performance each year.
The North County Dance and Performing Arts Foundation (NCDPAF) is a non-profit organization that has been dedicated to preserving and promoting the performing arts in northern San Luis Obispo County for over 20 years. We provide education, scholarships and opportunities to participate in the performing arts for the youth in our community. These programs, which include our Ballet and Jazz Performing Companies, help to build character, self esteem, confidence, physical fitness, talent and teamwork. Since the foundations inception, we have worked at Keeping the Arts Alive through various performances which have included The Nutcracker Ballet, Mind, Body and Soul, Runway to Broadway, Ishtar, Alice in Wonderland, DreamCatcher, Let It Be, and The Magical Tale of Cinderella.
