LES ETOILES: An evening celebrating the art of the American style cabaret
"Les Etoiles" <lay-ze-twhal> is French meaning "The Stars". The art of the modern cabaret originated in Paris and when the form crossed the Atlantic to America, many venues in major American cities adopted many of the French names as well.
We are continuing this tradition with "Les Etoiles". This fundraising event is literally reaching for the stars so that Pacific Northwest Cabaret Association is able to present a bigger and better "Seattle's March is Cabaret Month" every year. The festival is committed to providing artists the opportunity to create their own show and to giving the artists the majority of the ticket sales. We can only continue to fiscally do this with your support.
On that note, we are very thankful to Julia's On Broadway for donating their space to help make our fundraising goal a reality.
So please come join us and some of Seattle's veteran and upcoming "les etoiles" on Sunday , November 5 at 6PM. It will be an evening to remember.
Thank you and see you at the cabaret!
Note: Free street parking on Sundays in Seattle. Also there are two public lots available right beside the venue on E. Thomas and across the street from the venue on Broadway.
