Come make beautiful goat cheese with us at our Farm! Together we will make Chevre, Feta, Yogurt, and other yummy cheeses over the course of two full days of workshops. Saturday and Sunday will be spent with Amelia and Gitana at the farm making cheese and discussing cheesemaking and goats! Our goal is to help you confidently make your own cheese at home by showing you how we do it here. We will also tour our farm, meet and milk the goats, and be available to answer your personal questions. Bring your interests, questions, and enthusiasm! Lunch and drinks will be provided Saturday and Sunday.
* We keep the number of participants limited so that each of you can have a personalized and fulfilling weekend. Because of this, we can not refund anyone's fee. Please be sure that you want to and can attend before registering! NO REFUNDS.
* We require all participants to sign a waiver before the workshop. Please be ready to sign when you get here, it is important to us.
* There are many local B&Bs and hotels. Please ask us if you want help finding overnight accommodations.
