Freshmen Orientation: Class of 2017

This is your chance to try beers and meet the people behind Maine's newest breweries, all in one afternoon, all in one place. We're bringing together the Maine Brewers' Guild class of 2017 - nearly every brewery in Maine who has opened since November 2016 will be at this event -
to pour their beers and share the stories behind their breweries in a unique, round-robin style format that ensures you get to try beer from all the brewers and meet all the brewers.

This event is a fundraiser for the Maine Brewers' Guild, with generous support from our Presenting Sponsor: Nason Mechanical Systems.

We limit tickets to this event to ensure an awesome experience for attendees, here's how it works:

First, our brewers show up, and we spread them out all around the west side of Bayside Bowl where they are shutting down the lanes in during our event so each brewery can share their stories.

As an attendee, we'll ask you to arrive promptly by 3PM, at which point we'll break you into groups of 10-15 people, and send each group to a brewer station - and then the fun begins! You'll spend 10 minutes at that brewer station - the brewers will pour you a sample of their beer(s) and share the story about why they opened, where they are, and what they're brewing. After the period is up - we'll ring a bell and have your small group move to the next brewer station. Rinse, and repeat!
