Singers On The Grand is a group of 10 dynamic, talented singers backed by an equally talented 6 - piece band. Founded by original director, Libby Brandon,"SOTG" came into existence in the mid 1990's, to perform a benefit fundraiser for the Grand Ledge Opera House Restoration. In 1998, they decided to form a permanent group, performing a new musical revue every year.They have been active in the Greater Lansing area since 1998.
This season is their "20th Season Celebration", and includes some of the very best highlights from the last 20 years. Medleys are "Mary Poppins" and "Jersey Boys", along with jazz tunes "Old Devil Moon", and "A Nightingale Sang In Berkeley Square". The show includes a large variety of solos, duets, and small group numbers; these run the spectrum from comic to dramatic, offering something for everyone!
