Movin' On Up!

Live music, good food and beverages and lively conversations await you as we invite our community together to raise funds and chart the course for Community Arts Create in 2018 and beyond!

7 - 8pm - Mingle Mixer. Food and beverages included!
8 - 10pm - Learn about our programs by participating in hands on activities!
10 - Midnight - Dance the night away with DJ J-Justice from 91.3 KBCS City Soul!

With new organizatons like Town Hall Seattle and the Centrum Foundation joining our growing coalition of partners, we have thrilling opportunities to continue growing. Our dream is to build a network of young people who engage with their personal and cultural heritage through the arts, and give them access and insight to the culture bearers and institutions that can take them farther on their journey.

With help from organizations like those mentioned above, along with longtime partners including the Wintergrass Music Festival and Northwest Folklife, we have been developing and implementing this vision for six years now.

To best serve these partners, as well as our community members and students, we must develop our small non-profit into its own institution. As you know, this will take both time and funding. Thus we are asking that you bring five supportive friends or potential partners to our October 27th event at the Collaboratory.
