The Gingerbread House
The Gingerbread House (March 22April 20), by Mark Schultz and directed by Theater Schmeater's Artistic Associate Julia Griffin. Blocked from their aspirational yuppiedom by their two children, Brian and Stacey decide to sell them to clear the way for what they think will be lives without care. Freedom and wealth mingle with regret and guilt in this slick pitch-black comedy that exposes not only the dark underside of material excess, but the tangible insecurities of living beyond boundaries. NOTE: " No one under 17 permitted, due to nudity"
