Ghetto Socks

Ghettosocks has been touted as one of the hottest properties on the Canadian hip-hop scene. Halifaxs Tony Bennett of the rap game lyrically pushes, shoves, romances, and shoplifts his way on the mic. With tracks entitled "Step to a T-Rex" and "Steal From Wal-Mart" you can be sure you're not going to be saddled with some sort of heavy-handed message. Ghettosocks is the real deal, an MC with an ear for old school and clever song writing skills. A seasoned battler, one of his many titles include, first place in the 2006 DJ Olympics MC Battle. His video, Step To A T-Rex was nominated for East Coast Music Awards Hip Hop Single of the Year 07. Ottawa native, Deejay Frame takes the night out with both classic and rare hip-hop exclusives.
