San Jose Youth Ballet Nutcracker 2017
Enjoy the magic of the Nutcracker for children featuring talented young dancers and special west coast performances of Balanchine's grand pas de deux performed by New York City Ballet's star principal artists.
The annual production of The Nutcracker will delight audiences with the story of Clara, a little girl whose much-loved Christmas gift springs to life and spirits her off to a magical land where toys and candies dance.
The production, choreographed by Maggie Parungao-Ferla and co-directed by Xavier Ferla offers a cherished memory for every guest whether they're continuing a holiday tradition or making their very first journey to the Kingdom of Sweets.
SOME SOLOIST PARTS ARE DOUBLE CASTED. PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK THE CASTING AND SHOW DATES/TIMES prior to ticket purchases. If soloists' names are not listed, they are dancing their solos in all four shows. All group cast members perform in all four shows. Refunds and exchanges are accepted within the first 12 hours after purchase. Enjoy the show!
Special Girl Scout packages with limited edition Nutcracker patches are available by emailing Tickets@SJYB.org.
