Ton Beau Season Opening: An Evening of Song
Soprano Rachel Krehm joins us for a program of string quartet music inspired by songs. Rachel will join us for Cecilia Livingston's uncanny and haunting "Two Dreams". Schubert's "Rosamunde" quartet, which incorporates incidental music to a ballet by that name as well as material from his own Lieder, contrasts marvelously with a set of songs by collected and recorded by the Armenian composer Komitas.
