All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no partial refunds for no shows, late arrivals or partial attendance. Late admittance is not allowed. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to extenuating circumstances beyond our control. If a tour is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund or, at their option, credit for another tour.
