What makes a professional actor a professional? The answer is simple. They get paid for what they do. On September 30th, at The Stone Cottage Theatre in Addison, Fun House Theatre and Film and The Basement will present WORKING WORKSHOPS, a duo of workshops designed for young actors (ages 10-18) about how to start working now as a professional actor on stage and in film.
A foundational step that is often skipped, both of the workshops are designed to provide real, applicable information that can help put other training and work in the field into context, arming young actors with the knowledge it takes about the industry to successfully pursue booking work.
