Reynolds Rice Acoustic Convergence
Doors Open at 6:30
Music at 7 to 10

Ben Rice
His music is deeply rooted in traditional blues, yet at the same time fiercely original. His guitar playing earns labels like "fearless," "inventive" and "powerful," and he routinely brings audiences to their feet with his stunning and emotionally honest vocal delivery. Ben is as much home fronting his electric blues band as he is captivating a crowd solo with nothing but his voice and his resonator guitar.
Ben Rice has been a growing talent in the NW, winning awards for his singing, guitar work, writing, and performing. He is stepping into the national and international scene. Using his vast influences of American music to fuel his music and performance.
"He gets it..." - Lloyd Jones

Gil Reynolds
He is a folky troubadour with a rock-and roll soul. Reynolds has been writing, recording and performing music primarily in Oregon most of his life. I spent a year with a touring band in Florida. Part of that time I was with a Starliter backing Joey D of Peppermint Twist fame. I have also worked Vegas off and on but I love Oregon. This is where I do most of my music. Often billed as an Americana artist, Gil Reynolds mixes many genres but his blues and rock roots infect everything he plays. The ingredients are acoustic and the vibe is honest and soulful.
Every once in a while, amidst the hundreds of albums released every month, one makes you stop, cock your head to one side and go, "Wow, that's a different sound!" It sounds familiar, it's very accessible and the singer has something to say. Tom D'Antoni
Together they make amazing music
You can't script the magic moments but you can create fertile
ground and have your receptors tuned in so when things start
popping you're there to harvest the sparks. Gil Reynold
