Homebrew Day at Explorium!

Tickets: $35 which includes the class, beer during the day, and tour.

Have you ever wanted to homebrew? Don't know where to start? Do you homebrew and have thoughts of turning your hobby into a profession? Well, look no further. On our patio on Sat, 9/30, starting promptly at 10am, we'll be teaching a class on how to brew. We will be doing a double batch of Imperial Stout that will be fermented out, then put into a Bourbon Barrel for aging.

This beer will be released at our First Anniversary Party in January. Everyone who participates in homebrew day will receive a complimentary ticket to our anniversary event in January, and a complimentary pour of this barrel aged Imperial Stout. (A $35 value...)

This will be a very hands on class with room for about 20 participants. We'll be serving some beer throughout the afternoon including some hard to find bottles. Plus we'll be doing a tour of the brewery if you've never seen our facility. The class is being lead by an experienced commercial brewer, so if you have questions or thoughts of converting your hobby into an occupation, this is a great opportunity to spend a day learning and getting insight into the industry. If you're a novice, you'll walk away with enough knowledge to go into the homebrew store to get what you need to get started!

Onlookers are encouraged to stop by and watch what's going on, but participants will be taking part in the process, drinking beer, and doing the tour.
