Co-Directors Alex Haughey and Brian Vidal's story is a classic "director meets director" tale. They met at USC 10 years ago where they discovered a mutual passion for filmmaking, mirth-making & sandwich-making. After a decade of friendship and collaboration, they decided to take their relationship to the next level... embarking on their first feature film together. Prodigy is that film.

Synopsis: A man performs a routine back up on his brain only wake up weeks later in a different body and accused of a heinous crime. Meanwhile a political battle rages over the ethics and limitations over the government's ability to access our brains.
Director Ryan Gallagher was born in Phoenix, AZ, raised in Newton, MA, and educated in Santa Cruz, CA, where he studied Film and Music. He currently lives in Brooklyn, NY where he works as a software engineer and makes short films when he can. He has directed over 10 award winning short films. His films focus on the future intersections of technology and humanity.
