The Barnyard Collective believes the website cheesescience.org is one of the greatest things to happen in our pursuit of cheese knowledge. Well we got the man who created the website, Pat Polowosky, coming to the Barnyard. Pat is a gentleman and a scholar who really knows how to crystallize big ideas around cheese. Join us as we host him for a day long workshop in the barnyard. The day will be three 1.5 hour sessions covering the following:
Session 1 - MAKE: Science of Cheesemaking and Cheese ripening Session 2 - TASTE: Cheese flavor and texture Session 3 - FACED: Hot topics behind the counter
We will be providing light breakfast and lunch.
