Scrum And Kanban Sitting On A Tree...
When: October 18, 2017 6:30-8:30pm Where: Scrum.org Global HQ 131 Middlesex Turnpike Burlington MA
It's time to call an end to this stupid civil war within the agile camp. There's no need to choose; Scrum & Kanban actually work well together.
The best agile teams know this already!
Scrum teams improve when they start to look at flow inside and outside their sprints. Kanban teams improve when they have a disciplined cadence, and effective product ownership and scrum mastership.
In this session, we will take a look at:
* Common ground in terms of complementary practices/aspects - what can we add from Kanban to our Scrum and vice versa.
* Key differences - where and when do you really need to make a choice? And the best part - differences that actually aren't that much of a difference when you take a deeper look.
Along the way, we will bust some myths about Scrum and Kanban once and for all!
